A pair of character designs for Usagi/Serena of Sailor Moon. I think the theme is something like the light and dark sides of the moon, the light side featuring a battle queen motif, with the dark side obviously appearing a bit more sinister. Sailor Moon is an influence of mine so I really enjoyed working on this one

The dark one looks a lot more sultry and adult then the light one. While the light one appears to be keeping everyone at arms length, the dark one looks just about ready to put her claws into the first man she sees.
